BOOKING POLICY:
Your deposit must be paid immediately after booking in order to secure your date and time. This fee can be made via website booking. The deposit is applied to the session fee.

PAYMENT POLICY:
Deposits must be paid in full immediately after booking your session (No exceptions). Balance is due immediately following your shoot via Cash, Zelle, or Cash App.

CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING:
ALL deposits are non-refundable. Client may reschedule the date of the session up to ONE time. If client cancels within 24 hours of the session, 50% of the balance is required at the time of cancellation. If the client fails to pay cancellation fee, no other sessions will be allowed in the future.

TURNAROUND TIME:
Clients will receive private gallery link within 5-7 days of their shoot. A rush fee of $30 can be added on to any session to receive photos within 48 hours.

PRINTS AND PRODUCTS:

No prints are included with session fee. Prints are available for purchase in the client gallery or at your leisure by downloading pictures from gallery. Gallery is available temporary. Access will be available for one calendar year from date received.

MODEL/CLIENT RELEASE:
For valuable consideration received, CLIENT grant to Kenisha Elaine ("Photographer") and his/her legal representatives and assigns, the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of me, or in which CLIENT may be included, for editorial, trade, advertising, and any other purpose and in any manner and medium; and to alter and composite the same without restriction and without my inspection or approval. CLIENT hereby release Photographer and his/her legal representatives and assigns from all claims and liability relating to said photographs.
