Who is Kenisha Elaine?

Dr. Kenisha Elaine Todd is a multifaceted educator, restorative leader, photographer, author, and digital media creator whose work lives at the intersection of education, storytelling, and wellness.

With over 20 years of experience in education, Kenisha has cultivated a people-centered approach that blends restorative practices, social-emotional learning, and innovative use of digital tools. Her leadership is grounded in the belief that sustainable impact begins with clarity, connection, and care.

As a photographer and digital media creator, she pairs technical expertise with intentional storytelling capturing images and narratives that reflect authenticity, purpose, and presence.

Kenisha is also the creator of CWAI (Can’t Worry About It), a wellness-centered philosophy and brand rooted in capacity awareness, emotional regulation, and choosing peace without apology. CWAI informs how she leads, creates, and serves reminding individuals and organizations that strength does not require burnout. Whether supporting schools, building restorative systems, or creating meaningful visual work, Kenisha’s mission remains the same: to help people reset, realign, and show up fully without abandoning themselves in the process.
